RED SHRIMP WITH VEGETABLES AND RAGUSANO PDO FONDUE

An explosion of strong flavors that merge and explode with each bite. The red shrimp of Mazara is the true protagonist of this dish, combined with the crunchiness of sautéed fresh vegetables and with a fondue made of fresh cream and Ragusano PDO Zappalà, which enhances all the flavors of this gourmet dish made by the chef Seby Sorbello.

The Ragusano PDO Zappalà is made of cow’s milk, from bovine breeds raised in Modica. Slightly spicy in the first 3 – 6 months of seasoning, it can be enjoyed on its own or as main ingredient of delicious dishes. Furthermore, it can be used as a grated cheese, as in this recipe of chef Sorbello.
