Sherbeth Festival: the great festival of homemade gelato prepared with Zappalà products

The Sherbeth, the international festival of homemade ice cream, is becoming the most important international appointment in the gelato sector. Held from September 27th to 30th, it brought taste, skill, and over three hundred thousand visitors among the beautiful streets of the historic center of Palermo.

50 master ice cream makers from all over the world, even from Mexico, the United States, Central Europe, the Cayman Islands, Bolivia and Brazil, have delighted visitors with innovative tastes and creative proposals.

Cooking shows, workshops, cultural talks and activities dedicated to children have animated the city of Palermo, capital of Culture 2018.

Zappalà took part at this festival, now at its tenth edition, and contributed with its fresh cream and high-quality milk to the genuineness of ice cream.
