On the occasion of the 2nd edition of the Festival of etna chefs event, held on March 27th at the Esperia Palace Hotel in Zafferana. Seby Sorbello, President of the Etna Chefs Association and Chef, has officially announced the new national partnership between Zappalà, the historic Sicilian dairy company, and the Federazione Italiana Cuochi.

“We are honoured by the relationship with the Federation, that began a few years ago” – comments Mariangela Zappalà, Head of External Relations and Ho.Re.Ca. Department – “The secret of our company is passion, but also research and quality. This partnership represents for us the recognition of the excellence of our products, appreciated also by professional chefs”.

Zappalà as a premium sponsor of the FIC will take part at the most prestigious national events dedicated to food. The next event is the 7th edition of the Cibo Nostrum event, which will take place from May 20th to 22th, 2018 in the geographic area between Mount Etna and Taormina.
